I started out when I was 19 years old working as a carpenter, being young and strong I did mostly grunt work but over the years I learned everything from building concrete forms to building and installing custom kitchen cabinets. I have worked mostly in the residential field; however, I have also spent time working in the commercial end of the business. I have also worked with electricians and plumbers learning whatever they were willing to teach me. 

I have reached an age now where I do mostly fine finish detail work and was looking to put my years of construction experience to use in a field that would benefit others interested in buying a home who might not know what they should expect to find. And help them learn what they need to know about the house they hope will be their new home.

So, after spending eighty hours studying and taking a four-hour test, I am now a licensed home inspector. I am looking forward to helping you do a thorough inspection of the house you want to be your next home.
